The hotel is very well located, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the view from the 17th floor is stunning. I would especially like to highlight the quality of the service: the staff are truly attentive, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help, making sure everything goes smoothly. At the end of my stay, I was feeling unwell and unfortunately missed my return flight to Geneva. I was very stressed, traveling only with my daughter, and needed a lot of assistance as I couldn’t get through to the airline. The team could easily have been annoyed, but instead they were incredibly supportive and helpful, which I deeply appreciated. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, and I also tried the restaurant — the food was really good. I am quite demanding, and I can honestly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you again to the whole team!

Being my first time in China, with my family with a 2 year old in tow, I didn't really know what to expect, but from the moment we checked in up until the time that we left, the entire guest relations team has been extremely helpful. They even sent a birthday cake and greeting for my daughter! Special mention to Hannie Ferolino for going the extra mile for us. If you're reading this review and you're a filipino, I wouldn't think twice of booking here and to look for Hannie. While I am blessed to know a little bit of the language, I could imagine it might not be the case for our fellow kababayans, Hannie will surely make you feel at home! Thank you so much and we will surely be back!

The staff were helpful at check-in and arranging a transfer to the port on departure. My room had a good view, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, a table being allocated for me. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The location of the hotel is good for the 'old town', shopping, and visiting Yu gardens (though note it is closed on Mondays, and otherwise has a fee to pay), the local park where there were tai chi lessons going on, and the bund. It is also close to a metro line.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the metro station and has numerous eating and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, although a little bit dated. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, and able to speak English (although we communicated in Mandarin).

Mainly the location cause it’s walking distance to YuYuan Garden & The Bund. There’s also Xintiendi & Nanjing Pedestrian Street.

Location is perfect. yugarden is 5 misn walk. Metro station is across teh road. The bund is about 10 minutes away. teh staff are great. very helpful and always accomodating. Language might be an isuse sometimes but uts everywhere in china. definitely will stay again.

Nice room, breakfast, lovely staff. The club lounge food is great, it’s like a mini dinner haha. Walking distance to Yuyuan garden area. Club lounge staff are attentive, helpful. Front desk staff Hannie is very nice and professional, checking on our needs often. The bot delivering water is a highlight for our toddler everyday 😄

The view was as promised. Large room and big bed. Location is very good, in front of the subway exit that connects to airports and other subway lines and train stations. Access to the rooftop bar is via a stairway only, with fantastics views. Late checkout and afternoon tea are lovely details.
